Basic Kripalu
Intermediate Kripalu practice is suitable for students with a foundation in yoga postures, breathing and meditation and are prepared for a moderately vigorous practice.
Basic Kripalu practice is suitable for students who are establishing a yoga practice, are tending to an injury or physical limitations or desire a gentle practice.
Partner Yoga practice is a gentle practice suitable for any diad that would like to share the gift of partner postures, breathing and meditation.
